John Wichmann is the Founder & CEO of Gather Sciences, where he leads the mission to “save hybrid work” by helping organizations design high-performance hybrid models using the Balanced Hybrid® framework. His work enables companies to transform hybrid work from a liability into a strategic asset, with long-term ROI, talent advantages, and improved operational outcomes. As President of the Technology Executives Roundtable (TER), he leads a prominent executive forum where senior leaders collaborate on growth, strategy, and innovation. John also serves as a Vistage member, continuing to refine his leadership through one of the world’s premier CEO advisory organizations. Prior to Gather Sciences, he co-founded Maptician, a SaaS platform for hybrid-work planning, and founded Topsail Advisors, supporting organizational strategy and leadership. His background spans HR strategy, workplace design, business development, executive leadership, and scaling early-stage companies.
